Intercessory Prayer
Pastor McLain will be having Intercessory Prayer in the Sanctuary this morning at 9:00 am to pray for the lost. Everyone is invited to come and pray.
Flowers
Flowers are placed in the Sanctuary today in honor of Ronald & Marie Hook’s 50th wedding anniversary.
Children’s Church
Children’s Church is offered during the Morning Worship Service each Sunday. Children ages 4 to 10 are invited. Children’s Church is located in the Children’s Building.
Nursery
A nursery is provided for the Morning & Evening Worship Services. Children up to age 3 are invited. If you have a child with special needs, please contact our Nursery Coordinator, Marie Hook. The nursery is located in the Children’s Building.

Church Conference
Church Conference will be held following the Evening Worship Service tonight.
Pastor Appreciation Social Tonight
We will honor our Pastor with a Pastor Appreciation Social in the Gym following the Evening Worship Service tonight. Soup and drinks will be furnished. We are asking that you bring cornbread, sandwiches, and dessert. A table will be set up for cards or gifts of appreciation for Pastor McLain.
Deacon Seminar/Evangelism Classes Postponed
The Deacon Training Seminar and Evangelism/Soul Winning Classes will be postponed this week and next due to scheduling conflicts. They will both pick back up on Sunday, November 29, at their regular times.
Weekly Announcements
As of today, announcements will no longer be made from the pulpit. Announcements may be placed in the weekly bulletin, in the monthly “Vision” newsletter, or on the overhead screen which is visible before and after Sunday worship. Announcements should be turned in to the church office no later than 10:00 am each Thursday. Thanks for your understanding while this new policy is being implemented.
Movie Morning
Movie Morning will be hosted by our Senior Adults on Tuesday, November 17, at 10:30 am. Sandwiches, chips, coffee, and tea will be served for lunch. All are invited to attend.
New Believers Class
There will be a New Believers Class next Sunday, November 22, at 9:30 am.
Community Thanksgiving Service
The Community Thanksgiving Service will be held at Dunn’s Chapel on Sunday, November 22, at 6:00 pm. There will be a meal following the service.

Operation Christmas Child
The Children’s Department would like to thank you for your support of Operation Christmas Child’s Shoe Box Ministry. We will be collecting donations for the postage on these boxes for the next 2 weeks. Each box costs $7 to ship. If you would like to make a donation, please fill out a pink designated envelope, mark as Shoe Box Ministry, and place in the offering plate.

If you are having problems with the phone tree messages or are not receiving messages and wish to do so, please contact the church office on Monday or Thursday.
Family Movie Night
Come join us on Friday, December 5, at 6:00 pm for Family Movie Night. We will enjoy pizza, popcorn, and the movie “Polar Express.” The cost is $5 per family to cover the cost of dinner and refreshments. Bring your beach chairs or blankets and dress the kids in their pj’s! Please sign-up and purchase a ticket from the Children’s Department by November 29 if you plan to attend.

The sign-up sheet for placing flowers in the Sanctuary is posted in the main hallway. We have MANY available Sundays. If you are able, please take a look at the list and see if there is a Sunday that you would be willing to place flowers in the Sanctuary.
